I didn’t have Korean pepper flakes so I just crushed up a bunch of pepper flake packets from dominos and put it in there and it was delicious! Also if you cut the slices thinner it stretches more and soaks up more flavor

I use Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce for my cucumber spiral salad. I’m eating it rn 😅 made it the same way, yours is probably way better since u made the dressing from scratch! 🤤 but man if u want something easy and FAST AND healthy! (Maybe a different sweet chili sauce than Mae ploy lol I don’t think that’s to healthy but it sure is good!) I also use my homemade basil flakey salt, sprinkle some ground pepper and top it with sesame seeds !!!

Looks like 1 tbsp of: sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and rice vinegar. 1 tsp of sugar Maybe two cloves of garlic? Big ones in that case The green onion is perhaps best to just put as much as you think you’ll like

its chinsse dish,hey! even Christmas originated in Korea, so why not this one? right? just because you've removed 4 of the trigrams from Chinese Taoist bagua in your national flag doesn't mean its not stolen from China 😂.
@scarlettkukuku6 ай бұрын
if you want to be resourceful, you could've just said that Chinese people make this too. But no, you also choose to be salty. Watch the video again, salt the cucumber, not your mouth :) P.S. I'm a Chinese
@hastingz99486 ай бұрын
@@scarlettkukuku It originated in China and is a Chinese dish. You may say that Koreans got this cuisine from China, but like the koreans ,cultural appropriation has insignificant value in your moral. After all, you guys claimed the entire Americas and Australia, so how significant can one tiny Chinese dessert be?
@hastingz99486 ай бұрын
@@scarlettkukuku yeah ,I like them salty ,why ?are you vex?
@scarlettkukuku6 ай бұрын
@@hastingz9948 You're missing the point. I'm not arguing about where the dish is originated from. This is just a video about a girl sharing recipe of food that she likes and you can still add more information to it without trying to bring anyone down. I'm not vexed but if I put myself in the creator's shoes, the type of comments like yours is discouraging.
@scarlettkukuku6 ай бұрын
@@hastingz9948Also, if you care so much about cultural appropriation go make your own recipe video and preach it. No one is going to stop you, buddy. Tell us who exactly in China came up with this "invention", which year, which region, etc. If you can't answer that then scroll away from this type of video, we don't need your comment.
