A video showing the secret "final battle" in Spider-Man 2 The Movie Game. It's "Boss Round 8" in the Arena, which you're able to unlock at the end of the main story. But getting this far to the final arena battle is tough on its own! In this final Boss Round, we have to fight Calypso, Doctor Octopus, Rhino AND Shocker, ALL AT ONCE!! I included my strategy in the first couple minutes. This is definitely one of the hardest things in the entire game, but with a little strategy and taking each of them one by one, you'll come out on top! What's interesting is that if Lizard and Kraven were actually finished and implemented into the final game like the devs originally planned, *then this actually could have been a Sinister Six battle*

@@The_Albino_Jackal Mysterio never had a boss fight though, and wasn't meant to have one either. He doesn't even have proper AI, he just stands there and taunts Spider-man until he gets punched in the face. Unless you mean they should have put Mysterio in the Boss Challenges just for laughs. (It would have been funny to have all these other actual boss battles while Mysterio just stands on a platform hurling obscenities at Spider-man until he gets KO'd)

idk if you know this now, but Calypso has a magic staff that teleports around the warehouse randomly. If you hit it she gets stunned and is easier to take down. Still nice job. This is easily the hardest Spider-Man game boss fight

I think I actually found that out later on lol. But you're 1000% correct, yes it makes her MUCH easier from my experience.

TRUE. And they had the sound effects of the thugs from the Spider-Man 1 movie game. I remember wanting to do a short fun little video on them but never got around to it.

I remember this one was pretty challenging. If i remember correctly i beat them going after Calypso and Shocker first since Rhino can't touch you as long as you're swinging and you can run from Doc ock and keep an eye on him. Wish we got more modes like this cause it's alot of fun fighting the supervillains of heroes. Wish they did something like that for the Arkham games.

Yeah, she's definitely way hidden at the end of the game in the Arena. I could be wrong, but I believe she was intended as one of the game's main villains, but they scrapped her story arc and decided to include her as a secret boss. Can't personally verify this though. Thanks for your comment! :)

I guess the Kraven/Lizard story arch in spiderman 3 the game was intended for 2 but got scrapped

Tbh, for some of them, I probably could... But honestly, I don't think I'm anywhere near good enough to do say, a no damage run on this particular battle for instance. Not sure it'd be worth it unfortunately...
