Since on PC you only need 7500 points in Zip-Line to unlock the costume, you can collect the items on the section 3 instead of section 4. It's slower, but definitely easier. I don't think this strategy can be used in PS1 or N64 runs.
I have split the comics between the first and the second run. The reason is that in the first run I need a lot of web cartridges for the Mysterio and the second Venom fight, so I collect the comics which are close to web cartridges.
There are two bonus clips at the end of the video. The first one is how the previous attempt ended. The second one is the luckiest second Venom fight ever.
