I really do not understand all the hate in the comments against Miles and Gwen possibly hooking up. Peter Parkers Gwen is dead. Miles is not from the Main Marvel Universe and either is Spider-Gwen. So what if they like each other. So what if they could possibly end up together. I don't think this was forced one bit. But I do think its cool. Obviously people whom have a problem with interracial fictional characters don't think so. Besides, Gwen said they'd just be friends anyway...for now. I'm personally really tired of people picking on anything Marvel does with Miles. First people say he's taking Spider-man's identity. As if he's the only other Spider-being in existence. Then they say he's taking Peter's stories, enemies and now dead girlfriends. And if this keeps up, his live ones are next!! Really?! I think a lot of folks are truly overreacting. But my question is this. Where was this outcry when Ben Reilly was created. Or Miguel O'Hara. Or Kaine Parker. I mean the list goes on and on. I personally can't help but think because Miles is black and his popularity is growing rapidly, that most purist and super fans of the original Spidey are getting worried that (in time) Miles is gonna replace Peter as THE dominant Spider-man. I highly doubt that. I love Miles Morales Spider-man. He is beyond awesome, but nothing beats the original. Peter Parkers a real classic hero and no other character can ever take that status away from him. I think people just need to calm down, relax and let Marvel do their thing. Let's enjoy these comics for what they are and see where it takes our favorite web-slinging characters. And please stop the hate against Miles. Because he's not going anywhere. I believe he and (my third favorite after Peter and Miles) Spider-Gwen are here to stay.

I've got a theory that in Earth-8 {I love Spider-Ham} if Miles and Gwen spend 20 years being Spider-People together, then Sony will let the marriage happen naturally.
