I have to say that ive never had a glitch or a game crash situation with this one, and ive played it on release day on PS4. The worst parts for me is Phin and the "Our Spiderman" thing that goes against the idea of "Anyone can be a hero" that holds up with the mask and hidden identity. Phin is the classic "all wrong things for all the wrong reasons" sturdy character that keeps missing the point even when it already makes no sense cause she have all the information she needs to see she is wrong but instead of that, she choses to go full "NANANANANA i cant hear you im right you are wrong" until is way too late to fix the shit she made. That thing disconected me from a very nice game history.

The next spiderman gamd must have a switchable characters, so we can do a duo or solo runs (with an ai companion). And those character can be taken over by co-op friend. I know ai companion can hard to get right, but if we can switch character mid fight/swing, it might be able to mask any weakness.

Given Miles Morales was a release title it almost certainly had a harder release date than typical because of it. I've been playing on the PS4 and I honestly didn't find that many glitches. Aside from the occasional goon getting stuck in a wall (Usually because I finished them while doing zip kick to the face next to said wall) the only really bad glitch I ran into was during my New Game+ run. Miles left arm would get stuck in on position and wouldn't move. It sort of look like he broke his arm and it's stuck in a sling. Everything still works his arm just stays put. Guess I got lucky in the glitch department. Though I kind of want to have the street lamp glitch happen to me.

Hey man I was looking forward to your review on this! I probably wont have a PS5 for the next idk 2 years? I always wait for the slim version of consoles. Anyway this game looks amazing, if I ever play it it has to be on PS5 so I'm gonna skip the ps4 version. Also you studied animation? Me too! lmao It really makes you appreciate videogames artistically. All I think when I play videogames now is how hard it must have been to model, rig an animate all the characters.

The air tricks was already available on the original Insomniac Spiderman. Is not an adition for Miles Morales. The only gameplay real imprpvement is the way the stealth sections works.

It's pretty amazing tbh We actually chatted a bit over messages a couple years ago and got to meet in person at Magfest back in January. As a matter of fact, he was the one that suggested I should shorten down my into a little, which is why I have the into I do these days rather than the one from my earlier videos. He's a wonderful guy, and it's a sincere pleasure knowing him, as well as looking up to him.

I am hoping they're going to release a DLC storyline for this game. That being said it might be tricky to fit Peter into the story now hes back. I doubt they want to do any kind of tag team mechanics in this game and save that for the second game so I'm not really sure what a DLC storyline would look like.

I've entertained the thought of doing a few movie reviews to establish my thoughts on at least the Spider-Man films. I guess in short, I enjoy the first Amazing Spider-Man film. It's not my favorite depiction of Peter Parker but I appreciate certain things about it and it's definitely a movie I can go back to and have a good time watching. I cannot, on the other hand, say the same for the sequel.

@@Wayneisboss Man I 100%. I love the 1st movie and I'll be honest I did love the sequel but the more I watched the more I saw the flaws. Do I hate it like some? No, as the action is good, the chemistry between Peter and gwen is still great, and all the actors do the best the can. There is a heart in amazing spider-man 2, but its covered by corporate greed. Last 2 questions 1. How did you feel about the amazing spider-man 1 suit being added to spidey ps4 2. What's your suit in miles and ps4? For me Miles: 2020 suit Ps4: spider punk

The reason the the cage was coming undone is because the weight was already at its limit and was breaking the support. Miles did try to fix the issue, but by adding his own weight on top of the cage, he's just adding to the weight imbalance and thus making the original problem worse. So his attempt to fix the issue didn't end up holding. What Peter likely would have done and what he would have wanted Miles to do is to fire off his web and fix the cage's support while in mid swing, so that he wouldn't actually be touching the cage and increasing the weight.

I hope in the next one they can add more zip through gaps animations around the city or closer zoom when you're low swinging in between traffic, just some extra oomph that can make the swinging feel more cinematic like Rami's Spider Man

I'm pretty sure that Kreiger didn't need to use the destruction of Roxxon plaza to " paint the Underground as a terrorist organization". They did a pretty good job doing that themselves, with the attacking popular political rallies, causing massive damage to a bridge, battling the police and Roxxon in the streets, taking control of attack aircraft and turning them on the populace. Yeah. Pretty sure most civilians already considered them as terrorists.

Yep. It didn't tie into the events of this particular game in any meaningful way and seems to have more to do with Peter Parker's story. If I get a chance to make a video discussing the two games together and what elements should be brought over from both, it may be relevant there but when just discussing the content of this game, there isn't much there to say and it doesn't really offer much to analyze. It's just a light extension of the post credit scene from the first title

I felt like the enemies required more time to take down giving a feeling that miles isn’t as strong as Peter, I really enjoyed that aspect since I went back to the first and was just made my way through enemies. Great addition to miles

I found the opposite. I thought it was easier. Especially after Miles gained his venom abilities. After that pretty much nothing short of a boss battle was even a hint of a challenge.

While I think that the plot of this game was a bit too similar to the plot of the first game, I did feel that Phin was a good villain. She had a good reason for doing the things she did and the way that her relationship with Miles was constantly cracking due to her faltering trust in him as the game went on was well-done. Prowler was good too although I still prefer the Into the Spider-Verse version. Thanks for the great review.

I didn't really find it out of character, just...really quick. It's like we've only just met her with very little time to get to know her and then before you can say "obvious heel turn is obvious" she's revealed as a bad guy. It's like what they did with Otto in the first game, but without all the buildup that actually made that turn to villainy meaningful.
