4:20 It's clearly the current Daily Bugle logo, continuing its InfoWars parody. So this takes place in the current reality, and yet Electro is here. So the villians are coming to this reality, rather than Spider-Man and Doctor Strange going to those realities. This also makes it easier for Sony to say "sorry, MacGuire and Garfield Spider-Man didn't come to this reality, just the villians." Wow, the presence of that van actually just gave a lot away.

The van shows that, that scene takes place on Holland's Earth in present time. But also in Toby's universe Norman/Harry Osborne and Doc Ock have been dead for a while now so they will have to write in some timeline trickery to make it all work. Also when I look at the titles of the Holland movies they all elude to where the movies take place. homecoming (based around a dance), Far from home was in Europe. That leads me to believe that "No way home" refers to Holland traveling to alternate Earth's/timelines and possibly being trapped there. I don't think that Holland will remain only on his Earth for the entirety of the movie. I also I don't think Maguire or Garfield will play large roles but I do expect them to make cameos.

I take it that you mean Toby Mcgquire's Spider-Man will fight off against William Dafoe's Green Goblin, while Andrew Garfields Spider-Man fights Jamie Foxx's Electro? Yeah? I don't see a point to it, if that's the case. We've already seen those fights. Why would they show them to us again? There's no purpose behind it. I don't think you're too far off from what we'll actually see, though. I think we'll probably see each Spider-Man fighting an alternate universes villain. I.E Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man fighting William Dafoe's Green Goblin, while Tobey Mcgquire's Spider-Man fights Jamie Foxx's Electro. The thing that a lot of people aren't talking about is that we haven't seen who Tom Holland's Spider-Man is supposed to face off against.

It really goes to show that they got the evil characters so right in Tobey's trilogy. I mean, if they wanted to really cash-in, then, it's really simple. Bring Tobey back for Spiderman 4. They could have that going on, while Holland's 4th solo outing is also produced. They end-up with 2 quadrilogies!

Theory: at the end of amazing Spiderman 2, it ends on a cliff hanger with Spiderman fighting rhino, which means he could be a potential enemy in this movie. It would be coot to see. However there is not much of a spotlight on him, which either gives us the element of surprise to see him, or a reason to disregard him for the movie

If Keaton comes back as Vulture in Sin6, I have to wonder if he'll be acting as a double agent. If he'd WANTED to, he could've given up Spiderman's identity at the end of his film in that scene w/ Scorpion but he chose not to - I won't go so far as to say that Keaton will be a protagonist but will likely be playing both sides against his middle and looking to eke out a profit.
