You say when he became smart hulk it’s great new stage? So many people hated it. Probably 95% of the world preferred regular, angry hulk.

I'd argue that, just as badass as his elevator fight in TWS, his fight against the fighter jet was equally amazing. Taking down a fully armed S. H. I. E. L. D. jet using only his shield and experience is pretty amazing. But my overall favorite scene with Steve isn't really "epic" or "badass": it's the ending of "Endgame" where he finally gets his dance with Peggy. He truly deserved to have that, and I'm glad he got it.

Let's get real. In a movie Batman versus movie Iron Man fight, who wins depends on who gets to write the script.

The only difference between pre and post serum Steve Rogers is the physcial aspect. He already had the same bravery, honor and sense of justice. He just lacked the physicality to effectively make use of it.
