Accurate. Both are awesome but Batman stories have a unique feel to them that I can't quite explain. Some Spidey stories make you feel something but Batman stories achieve that more often in my experience.

@@sakatagintoki2835 I usually don't care about unrealism. Heck, killer klowns from outer space is one of my favorite movies. But when a character has to have a good show/film/comic series. Realism is way more important than you think it is. I know many people like to turn off their brains when watching something. But this isn't always the case here. If you just keep torturing a character constantly. Without any meaning whatsoever. Then the story does gets unrealistic and irritating. That's what's happening with spider man as of now

For those who think Spiderman has suffered more...Batman's been tortured WAY more: -Batgirl been r@ped and let paralytic by Joker -His childhood best friend turned into a villain (Hush) -His adulthood best friend turned into a villain (Two Face) -Bane broke his back -Bane killed Alfred -His parents were murdered in front of his eyes when he was 8 -He got r@ped by Talia' Al Ghul and even had a son -His adopted son Jason Todd got killed by Joker -Jason Todd got back to life and hated him, turning into what Batman never wanted for him, even trying to kill Batman -He will never be able to be in a relationship with anyone (WonderWoman, Catwoman, etc) because he just can't -Lost the trust of his Bat-family in "Death of the Family" -In some futures, Bruce ends up alone forever consumed by being Batman

Should be other way around, batman only has alfred(not his relative) from the very beginning after his parents died when he was at the age of 8 yo old while spidey have aunt may and uncle ben(who died in his teenage)

Spider-Man parents was never really a focus of Peter stories until the ultimate universe was created, but even then his parents wasn’t the heavy focus. Yes Peter did have parents just like Bruce, but the underlying difference is that Bruce watch his parents get murdered right in front of his face at a very young age and on that day Bruce died as well. Plus peter never really knew his parents like that. So it could be the other way around .

The biggest point that I would change is the villains, Batman's villains are slightly more entertaining overall, while Spider-man has a few that are top tier above all of Batman's villains and Spider-man's villains are better written with maybe a few exceptions

Right now in the comics the writers have completely ruined spiderman,i mean my boy gets beaten up everytime and asks for mercy from the villian,got cocked,fought the avengers and teamed up with Norman Osborn just to save mj who ended up cheating on him and having kids with the same guy who kidnapped her.Oh and i forgot to mention that even after all of this peter is still trying to get back with mj. Ps the dialogue and plot of the comics are trash,they killed off Ms Marvel

Different powers and revamps somehow always work on other heroes, but if Batman start to develop a superpower, It’d just be lazy and killed him as a character. And I said it deepens his action, not Batman in general, like when he fight the whole justice league in snyder’s run and else.

@@thespectacularspider-man5327 yea, but to be fair, some characters like ethan hunt has the same amount of luck, and they don’t always wins. That’s what I like about Batman. Some character like John Wick has more plot armor they broke it in the end for the sake of the story, and people love it. I like more stories like the long halloween, knightfall, court of owls and zero year because the villain got some of their characters, and they “beat” Batman. And batman always find a way out just like those kind of characters do, only sometimes he fights superman, sometimes he fights wonder woman, he’s only a James Bond in the world of superheroes. So I don’t think it has something to do with killing “he’s just a human” thing.

The two most interesting characters. Spider-Man is unusual in comics in that he was a schoolboy and matured over time, as well as many of the problems he faced.But it is also interesting to watch how he finds his life path and credo.Batman is already interesting in that he is an ordinary person without superpowers. It can be noted that Batman is interesting for many people of any age. And yes, I use the word interesting too often.

As a marvel fan, I agree that Batman has better a story and motivation. Sure Peter Parker has his great origin story but when it comes to Bruce Wayne/Batman states that not just his parents died, but he died that day and he was reborn as Batman this really shows that hardships truly makes a hero from the ashes
