She also has the exact problems he has as a hero and when he is not sure what his limits are or what he should do, Silk can understand his dilemma through her own powers and motivate him more than just a piece of ass ever could. He also feels bound to her through DNA and it makes for some interesting relationship plots about if they LOVE each other or if it is just their instincts talking. So say what you will but I always thought MJ was boring and I am glad the bitch is gone

No words I use will do the comic justice in explaining each of your questions. But I try to do simple summery of a couple of them. There was a big event called Original sin were someone killed the watcher, which is an all knowing type of being and had been thought impossible to kill them normally. Many comic issues later with many different marvel heroes involved including spider Man, the mystery was solved and everyone involved got a glimpse to knowledge unknown to them that related to them. Hence Spider Got to realize there was someone else bit by the spider. Silk had just about escaped a thousand times over, but caving in at the last second each time. She hates it, and it is torture for her physiologically to be stuck in the place she is at without outside contact. The person that trapped her there didn't want to hurt or kill her, but to protect her for a purpose. Even in the newest issues of spidy verse we are learning more about that purpose for her as the "Bride". Black cat, holy crap that shit storm had been brewing for a while. Superior spiderman knocked out a couple of her teeth and had her arrested. When she got arrested, she lost everything in her life outside of being Black cat. She used to be part of a rich society with a luxury home, all gone. Her crime rep had gone down the shitter also, the second she got out of prison all she could think about was that someone had to pay, Spidy HAD to PAY! Silk dosn't have as much strength like peter does, but she has better spider senses along with bio webs from her fingers. She can tell things further away and even before peter can. This most likely has something to do with her being the "Bride". Also it is thurly explained that silk and spider man think it odd and even extremely hard to not mate with each other, there is somthing very odd happening that is outside of usual sexual desire. Probably also has to do with somthing with Silk being the "Bride".

Comicstorian Pete went to Dr. Strange, Reed Richards, and Tony Stark and asked them to help him hide his identity again. They agreed it was the least they could do after Civil War screwed him over. So Dr. Strange cast a spell to wipe people's memory of the revelation. Stark and Richards took care of the technical end of it, wiping out all recordings, video, audio, print, etc. that detailed Pete's public revelation. For a while after this, people COULDN'T remember his identity if they accidentally saw his face, unless he INTENDED them to know. Unfortunately, that magical whammy was undone and now Pete has to be careful again, but the memory of his identity being public was still wiped out of everyone's minds, except the ones he revealed himself to after Strange's spell. Bonus: This does mean that a lot of people who knew BEFORE he revealed his identity publicly have now had that memory wiped... Including people like Wilson Fisk and Norman Osborn.

That's not what happened. When Peter Parker made a deal with the devil to save aunt. Mafisto took Mary Jane''s and Peter's love away, healed aunt may, and as an added bonus erased everyone's memory!

+Ian Fox silk getts much better, once she switched writers, in her solo series, the being horny subplot got dropped, and she is badass *bracking one of her bones in her hand to escape a trap, then Putting cast on said hand, and beating black cat down a 7 story building with said hand* she is really good, she is at her funniest, deadpool and when she is pissed off, batman *she dropped a guy from a building and when questioned about if he would survive by mockingbird, she responds with yes*

+david Lewis Thanks for the heads up. I've briefly looked at some of her other adventures and they are definitely better. She is still a character that I find unnecessary and unoriginal, but its not to say that she hasn't done some cool things. Either way, I've seen more terrible ideas that are terribly written out of Marvel within the last few years than I ever thought possible. Its at a point where its frustrating to even pick up a comic. With the exception of Superior Spiderman, nothing good has happened to SpiderMan or his surrounding crowd, in about a decade. Marvels writers are down hill all over.
