He's not Batman. I always found it weird when people would assume that Batman's no-kill rule applied to every other superhero as well...It doesn't and it shouldn't. Batman's no-kill rule only works in Batman's case both because of the significance it has to his character(Under the Red Hood and the Batman who laughs delve into this concept wonderfully, and because of the fact that the no-kill rule overall is a lot more morally questionable than its face value would imply it to be.
