Nope . Tobey is the one on another level . Country level feat against mini sun's " inexorable pull " that was stated strong enough to destroy New York , similar to country level Tesseract feat of Thanos . Thanos is the one who surpasses him in strength not Iron man , he is impressive but his best doesn't come near .

Yeah the little cut was cool but a little bigger cut on spiderman isn't gonna be enough to put him down , if he seriously injured Thanos then i'd consider it , like this he only has his piercing attacks which can do something serious to spiderman , and even then it's like he'll get hit by them most of the time .

He faced more powerful opponents than Tobey Mjolnir absolutely boosts all Cap's physicality When he faught thanos, Thanos was not holding back like IW, He chokes slams Cap and also Thanos stabbed Cap's leg with his double edged sword. Even though Cap was still able to stand up within seconds and ready to fight back for round 2. Cap was the only one who gave a good fight to Thanos while Thor & Ironman got knocked out easily by Thanos
