I believed Al called Funky for free press and promomo from moment one. He knew FD was on the air. He specifically told him (and all of his viewers) to go watch TGIF. The problem is, by the time they get back from “hiatus” “vacation” we will no longer care about it anymore. The public’s attention span is that of a gnat. They would’ve brought in probably a million views had they come back Monday right after it happened. I think legally they couldn’t come back due to Al shutting everything down. Then Al had the audacity to put his show on at the 8p slot, and he got over 1,000 views ONLY because of the hype. Those ratings will soon fizzle because Al just isn’t that charismatic by himself.

Cease & Desist don’t really carry weight without a legitimate law suit attached to it alleging a crime is being committed such as Libel. And she’s a public figure so there is a wide range in what can be discussed about her including her past marriages so long as it’s not disparaging or lies. So them using that as a reason is BS to me.
