Very tasty spinach cake with mango.

CAKE
200g fresh spinach
150 ml of oil
zest and juice of 1 lemon
4 eggs
180g of sugar
vanilla sugar
salt
300g of flour
8g baking powder
MANGO CREAM
100g butter
70g of powdered sugar
100g mango pulp
500g mascarpone cheese
MANGO JELLY
100g mango pulp
1 teaspoon of gelatin
