Ingredients:
10 oz spinach
1 pound strawberries
2 mandarin oranges (or fruit of your choice)
1/4 cup almonds
2/4 cups walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
feta (or cheese of your choice)
For the dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
salt and black pepper to taste
