We still have nice weather, but that nip in the air, here and there, as it will "turn a new leaf" (lol), but still time for that Warm and Welcoming 🌞🌿💚🙌 weather to embrace!! Very delicious and healthy. In India, we make spinach with lentils like chana daal and we call it daal palak, palak means spinach. All your recipes are just superb and presented so beautifully❤

Made this tonight. Yummy over basmati rice and crisp salad. I had all ingredients on hand except the asotefida which I purchased from a local Indian grocery. Love the bright green color. YUM!

Show us how you would prepare this using frozen spinach.

Defrost the frozen spinach and squeeze all the excess water out and then add. Hopefully this helps :)
