Spinal Tumor | Adam Ali's Story

At only 10 years old, Adam Ali had gone through more surgeries than many adults ever will. His father scoured the Internet for better options-a surgery that wouldn't just eradicate Adam's spinal tumor, but held the greatest promise for full recovery. In Johns Hopkins spinal surgeon George Jallo, Mr. Ali found that promise, combined with the expertise to back it up. The family journeyed all the way from Malaysia to have Adam's tumor removed. Merely three weeks after Dr. Jallo operated on him, Adam returned home on his own two feet. Adam, his father, and Dr. Jallo share the story of his journey halfway around the world and back to childhood as it should be.

Dr. Jallo is simply incredible. He removed a spinal tumor and repaired a tethered spinal cord for me when no other hospital would touch it, (including Cleveland Clinic, Duke University Hospital, Pikeville Medical Center and other top hospitals. I am so very thankful for this man and his God given abilities.

I have mutliple nurofibromatosis in my body including one in the spine as well. I have undergone two spinal cord surgeries but evetually after a time lapse of 6, 7 years tumour appears at the same place.. dr advised surgery but I am delaying it as of past experience in hope of finding a better and longlasting option to my never ending pain. The others tumours located in abdomen and at back shoulder too are casuing actue pain rather more than spine one. This pain has altered my entire life. Living on painkillers now since longtime. 😣😣😣

My wife is detected with Spinal tumor and she can't even stand up now and Dr suggest to do the surgery as soon as possible or else she can become paralyze...But we could not afford the treatment plus we have one baby daughter. I just kept crying inside.

Can I know that this surgery can be free for poor, my sister is very poor please help her. Her daughter is suffering from spinal cord cancer only 30 percent Doctor has given chance please help a poor she is from India, any body please help how do we know more details.
