Looks like if you shake it , it should have snow 🤣. The distortion of the glass when you turn it in any direction would drive me up the wall.

After watching this review I checked the maximum depth a human can dive and found this: "French divers breathing carefully formulated gas mixtures and employing an elaborate pressurization regime known as saturation diving, hold the depth record of 1,752 feet". Taking this 584maxium "fact" at face value this watch should almost double that! I guess the take away is that should you ever find yourself at 1,000 meters with this ridiculous watch on, it may still be keeping good time while your loved ones are searching for you remains. Ha!

Thanks for the excellent review of this Spinnaker Piccard 1000M Dive Watch. You provide a nice overview of this attractive looking watch. The Piccard has a lot of nice features and I really like the design of the back of the case. Having said this, I do have one issue, which for me is sort of hard to get over. It’s the THICKNESS of the Piccard. Also the Sapphire Crystal sort of makes me think of ‘coke’ bottle eyeglasses. Sorry about the somewhat negative comments, but these are my honest thoughts and intended to be taken as constructive feedback. Many fine features of the watch and a great review on your part. Thanks for sharing...Ed

These comments crack me up? Make it smaller etc. This is actually the best dimensional homage to date. Even the Helberg @ 42mm x 27mm height looks too bulbous and disproportionate. The Helberg is a closer representation to the true and totally unwearable Rolex. Thumbs up. Nice job Spinnaker in not making yet just another copied watch and stepping out of the design box by being unique and innovative in design. The sheep will always follow the hive mind in their opinions...
