From Sterlin Harjo and Taika Waititi, Reservation Dogs is a half-hour comedy that follows the exploits of four Indigenous teenagers from rural Oklahoma. This season, the Rez Dogs find themselves stranded in Cali and have to figure out their way back home. Season three is full of road trips, bathroom wisdom, unexpected fathers, boarding schools, Bigfoot, rumors, revenge and healing.

@@SJYNYC Say what?! I’m a baby boomer born in ‘61. Friday the 13th came out my freshman year in college. You probably couldn’t legally get into the theater to see it since it was rated R. 😘

William Knifeman is a Heyoka, a sacred clown in the Sioux (Lakota and Dakota people) culture of the Great Plains of North America. They use their humor to express empathy and compassion. They are also known to ask questions in a manner similar to the koans asked by Zen Masters.

Just a few months before this aired, we lost our son...just like Daniel. It was the hardest thing I ever experienced. Seeing this..well it made me feel like i wasn't so alone in my heartbreak and truama...and this is when I started to heal.

@puehisbunny RIP to your son this show helped and helps alot of us. It's a very true to life show. I'm from OK and so much of this show is stuff us native and any others grew up like. Sonic and saving up to go to Cali. Having friends and family pass to young. It hits hard.

Hands down my favorite show of the last 20 years. Ending prematurely, but maybe that's not a bad thing. It'll be referenced for years to come. Amazing show.
