Blue star should write it clearly that once an AC is older than 2-3 years then we should sell it because the company does not care about repairs and maintenance. They will send stupid or junior outsourced technicians who just changes part after part and fills gas only. But, the actual problem is never addressed.

@BlueStarIndia , We bought a 1.5 ton split AC. Bluestar service team visited after 8 months for first servicing. However, they did clean only the AC mesh filter with a cloth and then washed it. They didn’t clean evaporator coil as shown in this video. They washed the outside unit with water. We told them that Bluestar video itself shows that Evaporator cleaning should be cleaned every 3 months. In this case, first service wqs done after 8 months and then evaporator coil cleaning was also not done. Bluestar should take action against this and provide me with good service as shown in this video for customer satisfaction.

Finally got it up and running. The only delays we had was because we realized we needed some extra parts (I’ll list that below) kzfaq.infoUgkxihMYiJNXcHdbH-7ihymsLz61l7jVyb5O . So we have a loft where our current hvac just couldn’t seem to keep cool during the summer. We have been using a window unit since we bought this house over 6 years ago (all the houses in this neighborhood were built in the 80’s and majority of the houses built like ours use a window unit). I hate window units because they are just so noisy and the one we had really only cools one side of the loft. I had contemplated upgrading our current HVAC, but with all the rising prices these days, it would take years before saving up enough to do that. With the advice of my father-in-law (used to run an HVAC business), he recommended we get an inverter instead. We thought we bought everything we needed, but there were just a few other parts we didn’t anticipate needing (which is what caused most of our delay). My friend and father-in-law did all the work to get it installed and running and now we have nice cool air circulating nicely throughout the entire loft. It is very quiet and even the outside unit is much quieter than our main HVAC unit. Saved ourselves thousands getting this.

bluestar is the worst brand in the earth belive me it is the brand which is not having even good technician and it's product are very very bad and unreliable and please do not take bluestar product Because I am having bluestar ac from 4 months but not even a single day it worked well I am facing problem to replace it by a new piece but the customer support service of bluestar is worst in the earth it is the tatti brand bluestar is really a guustar .Lg , samsung are the much better brand than bluestar . bluestar products are worst please do not buy bluestar ac or any of the product of bluestar brand

After sales installation services is very poor. Executive demanding extra charges to hang outdoor and extra pipe fitting charges.. according to company these kind of charges not covered in installation charegs...very poor and disappointed services.....and when you ask about installation charges breakup then he said only one word its compulsory there is no Any cost breakup..and not any kind of support from blue star as well.

World WORST AC brand is Blue Star we logged complain on 5th May for our showroom After many calls technician came for quotation 27th May We received quotation 27th May same day we transferred 1.2 Lak to blue Star on today 1st June we are still waiting for our ac repair Person i called for solution 1 Dealer from we purchased AC 2 Blue Star Customer so many times 3 service team Mr Nitin (Now he is not picking call or replying messages) 4 service team Mr. Rahul (don't have any update regarding case have to chk) 5 service team Mr. Sahil Yadav (Now on leave disconnecting call)

I also purchase portable ac and not satisfied with it it was waste of money because when i complain for not cooling my room the man HOD said your room is big and this and that but not said that it suck air from out side the room and donot cool the room so donot trust this type of boss who sit in office and take this type of decision and cheating people. SBI ATM should be burnt because after having all parameters with password pat came reply as"slip" without money. At that time, won't any one get mental tension and angry over machine which does not supply money? i.e. our own hard earned money otherwise simply displays no money at the outset itself.

I purchased air conditioner from blue star after installation they call me for first servicing after that I never get any call from there service center , whenever i call them for servicing they refused in the name of covid , they only call u after ur servicing period is over. There is no norms in blue star for such type of condition , also u will not get any solution from customers care they also refused ,so next time when ever u want to buy any of air conditioner go for Voltas or any other

Bahot hi ghatiya brand or service hai , maine blue star ka 5 star AC liya hai 28 March ko or iski pcb 2 mahine mein hi kharab ho gyi , service centre walo ne pcb ka order 22 may ko Kiya abhi takk nahi pcb deliver nahi hui
