From the team behind Void of Voices's "Archie's Sonic the Hedgehog Comic Dub" series, comes a brand new comic dub series based on a beloved cartoon classic. Void of Voices proudly presents the series premiere of SpongeBob Comic Dub Season 1 Episode 1!
In this 30-minute premiere, join SpongeBob and his friends (and enemies) on their nautical nonsense and undersea hijinks. In "Krabby Gary," bringing his pet snail, Gary, to work proves to be a daunting task for SpongeBob. And on top of that, there's a surprise visit from the Health Inspector. In "Picture It!", Mrs. Puff teaches SpongeBob a brand new method to pass his boating exam, but SpongeBob's mind has other plans. In "They're Playing My Tune," Squidward convinces Mr. Krabs to have the Krusty Krab play background music. Among the ones played, one particular song, Bubble Pop, becomes an instant hit with the Bottomites, and an instant pain in the neck for Squidward. In "Mental Delivery", Sandy gives SpongeBob the simple task of signing for her package: a crate of chestnuts. When Patrick joins in, nautical nonsense ensues. And finally, in "Truckin'", a Trucking Strike is in effect, and because of that, the Krusty Krab will have to close because not a single trucker can bring the ingredients needed to make Krabby Patties. SpongeBob offers to do the job for Mr. Krabs, and along with Patrick, proceeds to Salmon Flats to secure the Krabby Patty ingredients. But a minute, malevolent copepod has plans to stop the two right in their tracks... if he can get it to work, that is.
All of this and more in a side-splitting series premiere of "SpongeBob Comic Dub". Only on Void of Voices.

I had a blast watching this comic dub episode. Loved seeing Patchy and Potty start and end the episode, that was nice. The voices are well done and really made me feel like i was watching the show. I was truly entertain diving into the SpongeBob Comic series. I can't wait for more SpongeBob comic dubs from this channel and team.

Again, keep up the good work, and I hope your channel grows! People now of days need to give comics a chance again. That was a creative decision on our end. Since our projects usually contain in-house arranged versions of well-known songs associated with these franchises, we opt to utilize them while at the same time showcasing what our musical crew can do. I can't help but notice that this episode takes one story from the first 5 issues. Is there a reasoning behind this decision instead of dubbing an entire issue.

Hey, Johan. Billie here, director of this project. Because the SpongeBob Comics don't follow an ongoing story like the Archie Sonic Comics (save for some ongoing arcs in select issues), and almost every story is self contained, the issue order doesn't necessarily matter. This decision allows us to handpick stories from various issues, it keeps things interesting. You never know what you're gonna get. Next episode could take a story from an Annual Swimtacular or a Freestyle Funny, and air it alongside a story from Issue 49. These particular issues were also picked because they were the perfect gateway comics into this series.

Appreciate the Love for the series. Episode 2 is in the final recording process. After that it's the editors turn to make the magic happen so while I can't give an exact time or day I can say it should be here after the next episode of Sonic comes out and the Anniversary 1000 Sub Special
