I always loved that joke, but I love it even more now because we told my aunt about it (she doesn't like cartoons) and instead of laughing, she just shrugged and went, "well, I understand that." Our family STILL laughs about it to this day, and she still maintains that she has trouble hearing in the dark.

I miss the one in the episode where SpongeBob is trying to get Gary to take a bath, and he's trying over and over to grab him and throw him in the tub, and he finally tosses him directly over it, and Gary just freezes mid air and teleports back to the ground. Gary just casually breaks reality as SpongeBob is left confused and frustrated.
