We use these drill to teach the athlete how to place their feet ⚡️⚡️SHIN ANGLE⚡️⚡️ and to bend to touch the line when they are running the drill
Drills in Video:
a. Sprint- Sprint- Sprint x2 (R/L)
b. Backpedal- Sprint- Sprint x2(R/L)
c. Shuffle- Shuffle- Sprint x2 (R/L)
Remember ‼️‼️‼️
-start by sprinting and touching with right hand and also to start and to touch with left hand (switch lead hand and way you face each set)
-TOUCH the line with toe and hand
-Fast and Aggressive during the drill - ALL OUT💥💥💥
