Percy Bishton. What a legend. His setting is genius and always akin to outdoor climbing. Is it true he once showed a comp Route was possible by climbing it in front of everyone after being told his route was impossible??

I mean she has sort of outgrown any regular women's problem, but she probably would have the slightest chance on 80% of male problems, especially the ones toward the powerful end.

Amazing Akiyo, as usual. Nobody will beat her in the finals. Only Miho could, but she is far from her usual level, is she injured? The way she cut W2 was disturbing.

Eh I thought it was better than the usual camera work... Some nice shots & replays of tops. Remember that there's up to eight climbers on the stage at one time so it's gonna be hard to cover all of them well.

10Slayer01 Who cares about the nice shots? It's clear the cameraman is not a climber not does he have any understanding of what's going on. He's all over the place, we spend 30 seconds watching someone climb, gets to the crux, only to be switched randomly to another Boulder, usually the easiest of the bunch, only because it is being topped. You're probably not a climber yourself.

And you're not a cinematographer. I am, and I'll tell you it's damn hard to observe multiple camera operator's feeds and organise them live into a coherent and engaging production. Also, people like to see boulders being topped. It's good for viewer retention.

Compared to a few years ago, the camera work is SOOO much better nowadays
