Gen Sither la is an exceptional human being and a great mentor. He is the most loved and respected teacher in the Kodaikanal International School’s history. He is almost considered a legend there. Kollegal team is extremely lucky to have Gen Sither as their coach.

Great host from VOT just loved it. And I hope the suggestion will at least let the management (TNSA) know what they have been missing in the past year. I know it's not an easy work for the management as everything is dependent on financial but the least they could do is try to keep in touch with India clubs for our Tibetan younger generation for the better opportunity. Thank you VOT for being the voice to all the younger generation kid for keeping their dreams alive. Thanks allot!

I wish TNSA would watch this video, understanding and take necessary action next year. Our community has shown improvement in health, education, and income but now let's concentrate on sports. Our boys have the determination and will. now its time for our government to show interest and support. Lets Hope

I so proud to hear from this players, they have encouraged me to support our Team Tibet more but in order do that it all comes down to $$$. I think the best option is to make a TNSA committee all around the world. I m sure there is so money people that would love to encourage if they make a yearly membership and give them a card free entry. That’s would help I think but if the $$ don’t spend on player I m sure the supporter won’t pay the membership either so financially stability is important and that could revolutionize the Tibetan football.

Management is the problem in Tibetan community. We are not playing blame game but that is the fact which we encountered. Management needs to trained and well literate in management field. Most top management are not professionally educated in that field. Rather they are at current seat or position based on the number of years they gave service. Which in my opinion, management won't be creative.

Hearing these boys out I definitely feel sorry for them. I’m sure even they have dream to chase football in world cup some days but unfortunate that they get very minimal opportunity. TNSA should take their opinions in a positive way rather than taking it personal and build better relationwith other Indian sports team.

Tashi Delek folks, very interesting talk. I am involved in Tibetan football culture for quite some time. Personally, I played in leagues, managed, created local Tibetan team, organized grass root football camps, organize tournaments, ran football camps specifically for Tibetan kids and most importantly sponsored Tibetan football activities. I do not want to individually name anyone but lots of the expressive suggestions or some might say complaints are genuine frustration and pain from boys but with lack of knowledge of administrative and financial understanding of Tibetan diaspora sports culture and the financial supporters relating to Tibetan issues. We as Tibetans have so many issues and for our sponsors football is the least attractive channel to support. This is very true and I am sure none of the speakers will deny that. The reason why I am highlighting sponsorship because most of the grievances shared by the speakers are related to finance. I do believe we can do little better but overall there is not much progression I see in near future. The growth of Tibetan football is simultaneously intertwined with our society’s economic prosperity and acceptance of sports in our community. Some of the issues stated are definitely relevant but some statements are purely imaginary expectations that is nothing to do with any National Team administration and I am stating any National Team Administration. Any one who is getting paid to play a sport will definitely have issues with some statements that dishonor the sanctity of team ethics and professionalism of a coach. There are also statements that can be corrected and clarified but i genuinely see it as lack of knowledge on performance based sports culture and football pyramid of development. I do not want to discourage anyone but at the same we as Tibetan football enthusiasts really need to introspect ourselves. Do we really support Tibetan football ? How can we support Tibetan football. Most importantly as a player what really is my standard. How can I personally improve on my game to progress in mainstream football culture in my respective region.

I am totally agreed with Samdup Lak our management don’t know how to keep player, and the main problem in Tibetan community is targeting to those who is giving good suggestions and taking personal , during the Governor cup at Sikkim we residence of Sikkim feel proud when our Tibetan National team performance and even the people of Sikkim appreciated our Goalkeeper Samdup.

TNSA don’t produce egg on your chair the whole year instead looks for more opportunities you can give to these young foot ball players. Make the use of their potential and help them grow better in the game. I see there interest in football. Just hear them out as they’re speaking behalf of all the young and not os young foot ball players we have in our community.

What Gyen la said has point but before 1959 there is no social media and communications for everyone and it’s not that they didn’t participate but 90% don’t know about Olympic or may be they will get news after it was finished a week or month may be...But we should talk what we can do now rather than what could have done before 1959... Everyone here say it’s right and wrong but I request that we all should give our suggestions, ideas about what change we need and why and how we can achieve it.. then only our talk and discussion look like 21st century.. otherwise it’s still same..
