before any canucks fans try to blame the refs for their defeat just remember the 3rd goal for the canucks was too many men on them but no call was made. Officiating was brutal both ways

It wasn't good officiating altogether but boarding on Petterson and Hughes getting high sticked and then cut and the officials still not getting together to make the call was bad. Bad overall but two really big ones missed on the canucks star forward and star defender is a tough one for Vancouver to take. Teams have been running over these guys with no worries of penalties for some reason these playoffs.

I don't think I was happier for any player on the ice other than Bouchard. The most minutes of any player on the ice; played both sides of the puck so well; and kept his mistakes to the barest minimum. Excellent game by Bouchard.

McDavid, Drai, Hyman and Bouchard doing what Matthews, Nylander, Marner, Rielly and Tavares couldn't. Namely Oilers big stars coming up big and leading their team to victory while Leafs biggest stars failing again to show up when the team needed them the most. Paying the Leafs best players the most money wouldn't be that big a deal if they could do what the Oiler stars are doing for their team now.
