When Martin Necas got hit into the bench, you should take a look at his stick before going over, and after he got out... Before he enters, his stick is normal, when he gets up, the blade is gone.

@@ponyboycurtisx Use your eyes. The Carolina player goes in with a full stick, he gets up, tries to lift it, but you can see from the angle that it is stuck under something (right where Brock Nelson #29's foot is), and when he gets out of the bench his stick suddenly doesn't have a blade. He ignores Cizikas to punch Nelson specifically even though he's wearing a face shield. It is evident that his blade got broken off by Nelson, and to demand any other evidence is really foolish.

Reminds me of Fleury against Columbus a few years back. Similar circumstances, too. Penguins were also up 3-1 in the series, except Fleury gave up the game-tying goal with 20 seconds left doing that. Even with the angles they showed on the broadcast in that Oilers-Kings game, with the announcers saying they couldn't tell somehow, the behind the net angle there had it clear as day if you just follow the trajectory of the puck, and then watch it suddenly drop straight down instead of at an angle. In Finnish Liiga finals and first elimination game, a team called Tappara (who were leading the series 3-1) scored three goals in less than eight minutes only to blow the lead before third period. In the third, the opposing team called Pelicans scored one more goal to make it 3-4 only to let a tying goal literally at 59:59. Tappara proceeded to score in OT and became the champions second time in a row. That's a lot of dang-its and hat-picks in a single game. And by the way, the clutch tying goal was scored by Veli-Matti Savinainen, who won his fifth consecutive Finnish championship. That is an absolutely insane record. He has also won the WC in the past and he won the Champions Hockey League with Tappara this season too. And he won the playoffs MVP trophy a.k.a. Jari Kurri trophy as well this season. For the game 3 kings vs oilers high stick. i have a guess as to why it stood. my understanding is the NHL is only permitted to use certain cameras to review the play. my guess is that, barring the camera inside the net (for locating the puck) cameras that pivot cannot be used for reviewing the play, there are specific ones they get to use, but none of them had a great view of it. and since it only marginally changed the direction the puck went, they may not have had enough to overturn the call

Evander Kane's goal was the game winner in my opinion, because it was the only goal scored on that half of the ice all game. As an Oilers fan, it was just 2 years ago where we had a 4-1 lead in a playoff game, and lost in OT. So seeing both them and the Leafs come back to win from being three goals down was like a dish best served grilled. Stamkos should have been given a penalty and maybe an ejection for third man in when he cross checked Reilly while Reilly was engaged with Kucherov. Funny how it was Finnish Sebastian Aho who helped the Islanders get that goal. Who was open on the other side of the net? Swedish Sebastian Aho on the forecheck.

Steve in line with the LA high stick please for the love of god look at the bruins 'hand pass' (compared to rules 67 and 71) and soon after icing calls that resulted in a goal against and COMPLETE change of game dynamic. I mean, put it up against Timo's OT winner at the sharks for a complete wtf

I knew the Bruins Game 5 OT flub would be the opening segment in this video. Yes it was 4-1, but the Leafs could not close out the series at home...ONCE AGAIN. 11 chances to win a series in a row BLOWN. When will the leafs learn?! Big dang it incoming......and now Tampa has home ice advantage. EDIT: LEAFS CLINCH IT IN GAME 6!!! LETS GOOOO EDIT #2: Bruins lost in game 7 OT. Led by a goal with 1 minute left in regulation in game 7. Oh and they led TWICE in the 3rd period in game 6. And still somehow found a way to lose. Surely that has to be one of the biggest NHL upsets of all time

Surprised there wasn't a Dangit for Daniel Sprong in game 3 blowing out a tire while skating backwards and leading to a SH goal by the Avs seconds later. Not much he could've done there, but still - that's a Dangit.

Ironically enough, beside Aho was Nelson, with a full face visor

The high sticking in the oilers game is one thing because it's in the corner and understandable to miss but in the Dallas/Minnesota game Ryan Suter just hits the puck out of the air 3 feet straight above his head in the middle of the ice resulting in a breakout and goal and that wasn't even called. Officials or a representative just need to answer questions about these things.

An offside being called back I can understand because if it was called correctly, there's a faceoff, Any missed call is a Missed faceoff and play stoppage so it makes sense that no matter how long the time between the Offside being missed and the goal, that might not have even been able to happen because of the Offside faceoff possibly going either way.
