For Decidueye beginners, I'd recommend them to use razor leaf and shadow sneak. That way they are able to defeat a lot of enemies in time

Don't try taking either bot on top objective alone unless you know that enemy team all away on the other path or dead or you may risk dying to a sneaky enemy while revealing yourself and also giving them up exp and objective that you already weakened for them. Don't rush unless you have your whole team with you or you have a pokemon with good secure attacks. If you know enemy team had already took a regi or seconds away from doing so just step back and be ready to probably defend the closest goal from them
@ChesterRGC

could add that red and blue buffs can go from one team to the other. If you're the jungler and an enemy KOes you, your buffs go to that person for 70sec or until he gets KOed. So it's important to be careful when you have these buffs; don't die too easily. In that sense, it's great to KO the enemy jungler, it should be your main target in team fights

Brand new to Pokemon Unite and the MOBA genre in general, but as someone with a background in other competitive games, one tip that I think is universal is to study replays of your matches whenever you get the chance, ESPECIALLY your losses. If you can recognize the mistakes that you make when watching yourself, you'll become more aware of them in your play.

Awesome video!!! 💛 Just a reminder: the last hit thing doesn't apply if your ally is running exp share! When your ally has exp share on and you don't, if you both stick together while farming, you get 100% of the exp and your ally gets 30% of the exp (exp share generates a 30% exp more!), independently on who gets the last hit! So don't run away from them and don't get mad if they get the last hit: they're helping you secure farm and get your levels faster 💛

Does it generate exp or does it just distribute it so that your partner always levels faster? I figured it was last hit always got 100% while people that helped/were near got 30%
@danielyoo828
@danielyoo828 9 ай бұрын
It's not just the exp, but also aeos energy for stackers. It's still hella annoying if your partner has 8 aeos energy and you 0.
@sara-1427
@sara-1427 9 ай бұрын
@@peco595 WITHOUT exp share the Pokémon that has the last hit takes 70% exp and the one that helped takes 30% exp. When one of the two has exp share, the one without it gets 100% exp (as if it solod it) and the one with exp share gets an additional 30% exp. But ONLY if the are in the near each other, not more distant than an Eldegoss autoattack range! The last hit thing mattered before they reworked the item and now is so much better! By the way, never lane two exp share together, because than the item will act differently, becoming useless pretty much... I'll try to leave a link to the spreadsheet in my next comment, if you want to look at it in more detail (hoping KZfaq won't delete it)! 🤞

Thanks for the video! I'm a new player and have been having a blast not only playing but watching your videos as well. I like how you hammer the point of catching up mechanics being a thing because, even in the few games I've had since I'm new, I see a lot of people who just want to give up as soon as the other team break one of our goals. And it's ridiculous since there's so many ways to catch up and win the game even if you start behind. I even had a game where we won despite someone trying to give up 3 times during the game.

I think its also a reasonable tip to anyone to keep track of how many times you have died in a match. It lets you know not just by the opponents level but also on what you have to do and avoid to climb back up. Its very unfortunate the game decided to remove a deaths counter which just makes it incredibly hard for new players to know that they arent doing so well.

I was one of the first people to play at the game's release and many people had problems with loading 20-30 secs late in-game, so I didn't play it anymore until 2 days ago. I'm glad they fixed this issue and lags. I remember struggling even ranking up in the lowest rank, due to loading screen delay, now that it works perfectly fine, I already ranked up from the lowest rank in just few quick matches (I play only when I have extra time). Very good video!!

This is not the right video, but I remember you asking in one of your mid-video questions which mythical we would want to see next. My immediate answer is a tank/support Jirachi, because he's just the best. But I did have an idea. A time-altering Celebi. One of his ability should rewind any actions from an enemy Pokemon (movement made, damage delt, damage taken if an ally) for like two seconds. That would be a crazy game changer.

Might be a question for advanced players, but I never understood what determined the respawn counter. Some pokemon will respawn in 5 seconds while others who've fallen in the same team fight won't return in 20, sometimes 30 seconds. Does this have to do with Aeos energy they drop? How high level they are? What determines how long pokemon respawn?

Great guide again! Some people who played >5000 games should watch this lol Just adding to what you said: About farming wild Pokemon: Yes, it is important to level up and farm, but when there are impratant objectives etc., you should usually be there to help in most cases, and also, I wouldn't advise to just blindly farm and take everything for yourself. If an ally needs for example Aeos-Energy to stack, or EXP to level up, let them have some of the last hits, too. Of course, everything in this game is situational though, so when enemies are nearby, just make sure anyone on your team gets the last hit. About the Red Buff: I thought it also increases your damage. At least that's what I remember from the early times when Theia Sky Ruins came out (?)
