I like this guy. One of the most hard-working KZfaq content creators that I know. He doesn't just review products, which I find a bit lazy of many creators. I might as well turn on the telly and watch QVC instead. No, this fella actually makes stuff !! He got me interested in aircrete and, now, he comes up with this. I hope to own one of them very soon. Thank you !

Darwin, remember I mentioned a product that can be sprayed on a surface called Cork Spray? You just invented a unit that would apply that with ease. The unit that is used for Cork Spray costs about $4000.00 and requires a big air compressor. I need to research this to see how it works. Awesome idea my friend.

@Honey Do I made mine a while before this video. Use a 90 degree connection rather and drill a hole on the outer bend towards the exit nozzle end for air connection. This allows for a far better flow rate and you can use smaller and smaller ends that allows for better pressure buildup and flow through and you can easily add the hopper to the other end of the 90 degree piece. This way is much cheaper and much faster and allows you to fit a longer pvc "nozzle" on the exit hole to be able to aim better. So instead of 8-10 pieces this allows for 4 pieces only and is more efficient and less waste.

Great job this is real product development and some pretty good suggestions in these comments. Keep this up and you will be rich selling the final product that must be molded in one plastic piece. Molds are expensive but you can make a piece like that ever 10 seconds and the get very cheap to make. Contact a plastic injection molding factory and let then in on the deal. You can get a nice royalty.

Idea with refillable container was so clever and convenient! I thing that leaking occured when you have applied pressure. Maybe you should use in that place of connection pcv plumbing pipe connection piece with rubber seal - cartrige would fit better with a sealing and better stay in place. Then your oryginal idea wouldn't have to change.

Wow.. it finally worked.. anyway 2 years ago I gos a stucco mortar blower that was manufactured in Belarus for lest than $100; single nozzle that is very much like what you built, but is disappeared from any source that I can find on the INTERNET, so yes, you show a good alternative.. I'm using it to spray on a layer of light type white wash (silica sand, vermiculite heavily limed with 1% borax mortar) based coating onto the basement rafters and limestone rock walls in an old farm house , for mold and fire retardant.
@vicsglobal1

I have thought of similar ideas with a feeder hose for the stucco. Either pressure or gravity fed. 5 gallon bucket on top of a tall ladder platform. Or a tripod lift, very moveable. A small verion of the cement buckets they use on high rise buildings with cranes. Might need a funnel cone on the bottom before the feeder hose. Pressue could happen from something like a cordless drill, allthread and a plywood plunger. Perhaps air or hydraulic driven also. Simplest would be gravity.

Here’s a thought, I’m not sure it would work. If you attached wire lathe to the outside of your shipping container and then sprayed on your aircrete, wouldn’t that provide some needed insulation for your shipping container. You could then use your trowel to smooth it out for a nice finish. Let me know if you think that would work. I’m thinking of building a container home, and using aircrete blocks for the open spans. Thanks.

I have a scooping trowel that is deeper and would fill the tube with one heaping scoop. Probably two could be made three inch light weight PVC cut in from the side down the center and out the other side with a band saw. The scoop could be inserted in the reservoir and then pulled out and replaced by the other as it empties.

I flipped a bleach bottle over and installed my airsprayer nozzle and spray handle to it. Made another the same way and used an air chuck/sprayer. Scooped well and applied material like this. I'm all about helping others and not into charging anything for it. This is a pretty good idea. Only change I would make is to add a handle to the side of it for scooping material and holding it securely while using it. Not bad. The stucco sprayers are over priced. I got one for 150 and found that if I plugged 2 or 3 nozzle holes it works work well without a monster compressor. If you have a scaffold or something to hold your mix above you in a plastic drum (NOT DIRECTLY OVER YOU) you can install a flex hose to the bottom of the drum to the nozzle and cover a big area quick ! Swimming pools, roof tops, vaults walls. I used it for faux stone work. Sculpted Roof tops. Pool, waterfalls, etc. W
