For the record, this is an Easter Bonnet competition performance. BCEFA puts on the show to finish up 6 weeks of intense fundraising by Broadway, Off-Broadway, and touring shows for AIDS research. The companies perform crazy skits and songs, often borrowing or mixing up with other current casts. At the end of each skit, the "bonnet" or crazy hat is presented. There are awards given to the best performance and best bonnet at the end.

Kate amazing!! I watched the dwsa version and it fast became my favourite musical. Ever. Even after I got out of my theatre phase, I still keep a copy of the dwsa boot downloaded on my laptop :)

Oh my gods.... SO hilarious. I had to grab my inhaler after the hand jive bit. In fairness, Grease was a bit shocking when it first came out, but not to this extent, and over time it's become really camp and pretty much no one takes it AT ALL seriously. I've seen it performed in middle-schools for chrissake!
