Came for the flying, stayed for the content creator! Trent you have a gift for content creation and that is what I believe draws your audience. I know I get giddy when I get an alert for a new Trent Palmer video. All your videos are entertaining, sometime very informative, and very well shot and edited. You keep doing you and they will come!

I like seeing all the other sides - if you just think content wise there are only so many flying videos you can do before it gets stale. It's nice to spice it up with other stuff!

I definitely feel your pain on dealing with the KZfaq effective requirements for upload frequency and how that doesn't correlate with hobby flying frequency, weather, season, etc. Keeping it "fresh" is tough and many commenters won't understand when it deviates from the norm. All the collaborations you do with other content creators is super great, and I've absolutely loved your videos on your home and hangar builds as I'm hoping to do something similar someday. In fact, it has made me seriously look at your area of the country as an eventual home - who knows, maybe we'll fly together someday! I think one video idea would be talking through your map of your local flight areas and pointing out how you determine new areas to explore, what you look for in terms of safe landing locations, range, etc. Keep up the content, whatever content makes you happy!

Show us your hobbies, things that interest you. Don't mind the nay-sayers. The way you record and edit makes even the most menial tasks look fun. I know I for sure enjoy your content no matter the subject.

Trent, I trust you with all your content. I haven't been bored on this channel since I joined. I learned to fly in Oregon in 1962 but have spent the last 50 years in Virginia with no piloting. You give me a chance to see many things I miss and many things I still care about. Keep up keeping up.

Trent I think you do some of the highest quality content on Aviation and back country aviation specifically. I love the flying and my favourite stuff is when you're with friends and all adventuring, camping and exploring together. It's the stuff I used to dream I'd be doing as a kid! Long time subscriber/watcher. Even have the t-shirt (Desert Pilot 19). As an Aussie, a Glider pilot, a Porsche 928/914 enthusiast and Cinematographer (retired) all your content is valid and good! Would love to see more of your work related content. Jobs you've done or are doing. Not wild on the fishing (shot for a very popular fishing program down here for a couple of years), but meh that's just me. Love to see developments on your property. The strip, the house etc. Love the techy stuff (amazed at your engineering skill set). New cameras, mounts and how you are getting those amazing images and any plans on improving the way you capture them. BTW, miss that "insta360-on-a-pole" angle. :) I remember a very early video of yours, where you sat down with Haley and answered question put to you by your early subscriber base. I enjoy all your stuff. I am not a pilot, I don't have a drone. I do have a 3D printer and I do Blacksmithing and Welding as a hobby and channel. But I like flying and planes and drones and everything. Just do what you want to do.

This is the “Trent Palmer” channel. One of only two channels that I always watch! Keep it up coming. If you can’t produce what you want then we all loose. However you might loose me if you start making pastries, unless you can do it with a 3D printer next to a trout stream.

First my apologies. I was one of those who registered mild displeasure at seeing fewer flying videos in recent days on your channel. But hey the weather is the weather (actually it looks beautiful out there with the snow covered peaks, and the locals probably love the extra precipitation). It is your channel, so obviously as you said you are free to showcase any and all interests. But your bush flying is what brought me to the channel, and the content I like best. Since I have not seen too many suggestions I will make some: -Please try to get back to Oshkosh this year (I freakin' love those videos). -Catch-up with the Flying Cowboys for some adventures in the wild west. -Revisit the Burning Man site to see how well those folks cleaned-up after themselves. -More collabs, would love to see a Tucker Gott crossover with bush planes and paragliders. -'Mr. Palmer goes to Washington' (I don't know about how you feel about documenting your case but it is in defense of a very important principle, and a lot of prople support you in it). -Document a day in the life of your good buddy Ty Ferkin, as he zaps bugs below treetop level. -A general feature on the state of the art in drone technology and where things are going. -More trips along the loniest highway (Route 50) in the country (like the journey to Middlegate). -Overnight trip to the 'Dark Zone' (back of beyond Nevada) with one of your friends who has a really good telescope. North central Nevada has some of the darkest skies in the lower 48. -Reenact the Donner Party with Kevin Quinn and half dozen of your worst enemies (just kidding).

Love the flying. Also love almost everything else you do. House stuff, construction, garage stuff. Snowmobile riding. Trucks. Tech stuff. I'm here for it :)

I really enjoy most of your videos. Although my favorites are anything and everything to do with Flying and Airplanes! My most favorite view when you fly, is from the steady cam over your shoulder. As a person sensitive to motion, that smooth steady view, even in the most steep maneuvers, is easy and so much fun to watch. The view from there is great too! what I would like to see... I've been watching your content since 2020 I think, way before you started the house. keep the flying stuff up, but in addition I would like to get a checkup on your pond, chickens and any other prepping thing as I know being out there the possibility of being hunkered down for a while, tell us the story. any home projects too. The hangar w/lights was real cool, the door and the way it opens/closes. 3-d printing of your kitfox parts like the brake and stuff... Maybe even a tour of what Haley does for the forest service if I'm correct.

I love the flying content! And the more airplanes the better! I also love the Raptor off road content. And I like drone/camera tech videos too. This is overall one of my favorite KZfaq channels.

"Can't fly days" are why I really like having my ebike and Talaria e dirt bike, they are also really useful for finding/checking out new LZ's. Just like my plane is great for finding bike trails More than once, I've spotted a trail from the air, and went back sometime later and rode it, and only then found a LZ I could land, and flew back and did so, and while doing so found another trail that looked interesting to ride, fun stuff!

Came for the flying but take whatever you give man. You are the boss, we are privileged to take a snippet of your exciting life. BTW Trent, doesn't matter what you do, there will always be one or two who spoil the party. You are one of the best content creators I know.

While I enjoy the flying and learning about airplanes I'm here for all of it, the E-bike fun, the RC planes, fly fishing in interesting places, 3D printing. I especially enjoy the sneak peaks into your day job shooting commercials, its fascinating to get a peak into a world we'd otherwise know nothing about.

The flying is what brought me here, but I have enjoyed all your content. You created a video a while back where you just flew. Little to no talking and pilot's point of view. I find that sort of thing very peaceful. I watched that one over and over. It was meditative. I love all the stuff you post, but your flying adventures are my favorite. That being said, do the things that interest you and don't worry about satisfying your viewers. Do you and we'll watch.

Been following you for years andI I really like the aviation content it even pushed me to even get my pilot license and build a plane! But me and my wife like to sit and watch the other content with Haley,hanger, the house, the campers fishing and all of it. It breaks up the monotony of the channel and gives my wife a break from her aviation nerd husband. I agree with the other people who say you should continue to do you! You being interested in the topics is what makes it entertaining. If the topics not appealing to us, we just will pass on till the next one that comes up.

I like when you do your bush flying Go in the backcountry fishing camping seeing a little spots here and there that you can't drive to.

I"m not sure if you read older comments, but here goes. When I have people over, I love to put your channel on "random" with the volume down. It's always fun to see your incredible shots and video footage. What about a longer format video 2 hours plus of just flight video shots and beats/music?

As a South African who lived in the US for three years (2001-2003), also in Salt Lake City for a few months, I would actually like to see some cities from the air with an explanation/orientation or two. Or a map of your trip on any day. It's nice to see where you go galavanting in the skies. Cheers mate.

The reason I am following this channel is because of all the things related to that „aviator live“, meaning the freedom, other related activities - So for me this is a great mix. One importsnt thing about aviation is the attitude towards being open about mistakes so you can learn from it. This would be something interesting. Maybe you could share some of your oopsies (as long as the FAA does not get too curious) or comment on some others.

You need a sit-down interview with Miss Hailstorm. Who is Haley? What makes her tic? What does she see in her future? I find her interesting in that she wants to fly, but only under her own conditions.

I enjoyed snowmobiling and playing in the snow videos. Fly fishing and trips into the mountains. I liked seeing all the animals that come to your place to drink. I don’t 3D print, what you make is kewl but I don’t understand half of what you are saying. It has been 30 years since I have been to Reno, a drive through town would interest me. I would like to hear about local aviation news.
