I have searched for so long to find a well explanation on inversions, and this is the video. This is hands-down is the best video I’ve ever seen. I love the way this guy teaches, his breakdowns his pointers, the way he illustrates his instruction, so well this video is Gold. Good job Globetrotter’s, I love to more more of Charles teaching.
