I have searched for so long to find a well explanation on inversions, and this is the video. This is hands-down is the best video I’ve ever seen. I love the way this guy teaches, his breakdowns his pointers, the way he illustrates his instruction, so well this video is Gold. Good job Globetrotter’s, I love to more more of Charles teaching. Outstanding!

I taught the inversion using the breakdown you suggested with cheek to mat then head. Every single person in the gym got it, including the big boys and the older guys. Thank You Charles

I’m a white belt that has never been athletic a day in his life, and I have been searching to find something I can work on at home to help me move better. You know not just on bottom under someone, but in a more open guard. This is absolutely amazing.!
