love your videos JC , i need tips i used to be fat and lost around 20 kg now i weigh 70 kg on the outside everyone tell me im skinny but without shirt i have no muscle and high fat percentage,, if anyone has a answer please drop it,

Since all weight training is, is resistance training. Do you feel that workout bands and other kind of stuff is a gimmick??? There seems to be fads in weight lifting right now and its about time we got to the bottom of it. I personally like raw weights but machines are not bad.

Free weights and machines are essential. Resistant bands are underrated if used properly.

@@JamalFitnessHQ I appreciate the answer. Also interesting take on the bands, I understand where you're coming from. Everything has a right way of using it. My buddy who tore his and had to wear a boot was fairly strong with his legs before and after. However at the time he was a teenager so time was not an issue to him.
