I have been wondering about using my discard for a loaf of bread and adding yeast. I have used my discard for pizza dough and I love the texture. I can't wait for my sourdough to mature.

It's the simple things in life that make worth living. Thank you for these wonderful videos Rose. You inspire me to get up, go to the kitchen and feed my family. I like your porch furniture very cute space. Rose when I was kneading my pizza dough I notice dough was sticking around bottom , your bowl always looks clean. The dough was so good after all I added the cup of kamut this time . Was it too wet? Cricket

I would just add a little more flour 1 tbsp at a time until it cleans the bowl. However, if the bread turned out good, I would just say keep it the way it was.
