I bought some of Yanira's clay so was looking back at your videos for some easy ideas to get started on my fake bake journey. This was Louis's first video-and now three months later I'm so impressed at how far you two have come working as a team to continue to share with us your crafting talents despite Erick's changing work commitments. My hubby and are also retired and interested in learning fake bake. I had so much fun watching last night. My hubs will be 69 this June and I will be 62 in July. We wish there was someone who taught classes locally. Planning to learn together. Wish I had a friend like you to do crafting together.

I will help you out with the materials I used. I used clay for "Designs by Yanira" that can be ordered through her FB Page by sending her a message. You can use Model Magic Clay, it will work great as well and if you can't find the colors, you can mix paint in the white to get the color you need. I used Tulip Slick paints for detail of watermelon seeds, the black and white. I use DAP Spackle for the frosting swirl on top. You can get it from Lowe's or Home Depot. You can also use the one from Dollar Tree, you just need to add a little water to make it smooth. I used round cookie cutters from Walmart. The limes and lemons were ordered from Amazon. I used a 1 M tip and frosting bag you can get from anywhere, Hobby lobby, Walmart or Dollar Tree. Hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else.
