I'm super late commenting but found this video tonight and so glad I did. Late in planting my bulbs as well. Just got a big batch on sale from tulip world and will be planting the next few days. Great inspiration and lovely garden!

You should drive along the streets in the neighborhood and give us a tour. Looks like a beautiful historic part of town. I love seeing old houses! Lovely flower garden.

🌷🩷 I also have a lot of deer pressure, so I love the idea of soaking the bulbs! Because of this video, I think I will try tulips for next spring! Thank you for sharing the advise!

The only way I take photographs and videos of my garden is in the shade. After the sun goes over the house. Plants look washed out in the sun.🌵

So in what liquid you soak the tulip bulbs?? I did not get it!

Use Deer and rabbit repellent like Liquid Fence. Mix with water and let soak overnight.

7000 tulips going to be composted? Did i hear that right? Why not pass them on to other gardeners or bag up a mixed bag of 50 and sell for $20? Make a bit of money for new perenials.

Oh my gosh that’s a lot of bulbs going to compost. Maybe she could let people dig them up for her that want some. People get free bulbs and she gets free labor…it’s a win win😊
