We just got winter back last night had no snow since December

With the quick death of El Nino this May the forecast is for more rain in the southern prairies in June and early July. An inch a week over month and half will bring soil moisture back and grow a good crop. The worst case scenario is another small crop and the rains arrive August 18 and they don't quit till the end of the fall when the snow arrives like it did in 2016. That's a mess no one wants to go through again

I think you forgot that last year was wet during seeding. But it quit raining in May, June heat came. That was the end of 23’s crop. lol

I believe here in Finland we will have warm enough spring, but the amount of snow will fill the rivers and lakes when it melts. We have fields that drain straight into river and wont drain if the water is too high.

El Nino is great in SK. Nice warm temps and not too much snow. Not good for the rest of North America I guess. Being SK all my life, I love El Nino. Just need timely spring summer rains to grow crops.

You figure that snowblower wouldn’t choke that big of tractor like that that is hard equipment well on any diesel engine lugging one like that we have always told people on our stuff on 90 percent of the stuff run it wide open when lugging one especially in the summer time everything has to work twice as hard things heat up really quick as to where if running full throttle especially in high stress conditions everything runs cooler smoother especially on old equipment and on the newer stuff with deaf system it tells you to run at higher rpm to prevent a lot of sut but to each their own I know he is trying to save fuel and I truely understand how much it cost to run equipment and you try to do everything you can to save on it and that’s where everyone is different and some thing running one at full throttle is extremely rough but the manufacturer fixes the governor where it will not damage the engine well now the computer does it and they have it set to where it will not damage they just have different settings for different folks but sorry for the book I just wrote Mike and keep up the good work I hope you all have a great year I know the last few has been extremely rough
