Congrats on becoming an affiliate! Funny enough, I had the same thought about cutting the wraps in half, but then I was like I’ll leave that up to the person in case they want to do it 😂 I didn’t want to “take away” from the piece 😅

I REALLY regret not buying that pastel pink New York Brights. I love those scarves so much. I think they’re my faves……but I wish I could find silver threaded Israeli tichels. I had some I purchased in Israel 20ish years ago and I’m down to 1 rather faded brown one. I appreciate your videos very much Sarah, and I can’t wait for your upcoming ones about building a modest wardrobe and matching scarves to it. I used to cover back then but my ex told me to stop so I did. Now I’m married to a wonderful man who appreciates my desire to be modest. 😊

@@raquelfreeman81 Unfortunately, I think it already both came and went! 😅 Most of the NYBs are out of stock right now, so fingers crossed they'll bring this one back with the next restock!

The colors of the scarves in the tutorial are GORGEOUS! I really enjoyed this video! Glad you are featuring other small businesses!! Have you ever shopped at The Mimi Boutique? Really pretty stuff ! I saw the Scarf Bar on Etsy. Very pretty pretieds

I haven't shopped there, but I do follow them on social media! I have been meaning to make a trip up, but since I live closer to DC than Baltimore, it's a bit of a schlep! I also follow the Scarf Bar and Tie Ur Knot which focus more on squares and pretieds, but since I tend to prefer the versatility of long scarves, I haven't bought from them myself.

Love the pinks! My query... Whenever I try to tuck a tail in the back like you did with this pink, it seems my whole wrap 'gives'. I lose that snug head wrap feel, and I no longer feel secure. Any idea what I could be doing wrong? Next time you do a tutorial, could you actually show how you do that tuck? It would be helpful.

Hi. I am so happy you’re a Wrapunzel affiliate!! I’ve bought many scarves and items from them. I’m looking to try other companies possibly or to purchase thru them with your link , I’m looking to buy a pre tied with a non slip piece attached, and I’m a bit overwhelmed by the many companies and styles. Would you recommend 2 companies and styles that are easy to use and actually do not slip and are comfortable and keep the hair all tucked in nicely , and don’t break the bank ($20-$35 max ) Thanks !

Sure! If you want pretieds with velvet, then I would recommend either Tie Ur Knot or Wrapunzel. I haven't tried the Tie Ur Knot ones myself, but my bestie has and is a fan. Wrapunzel has started doing a lot more pretieds lately - they're a little on the pricier side at $35, but they also look more like a regular triangle than a pretied, if that appeals. The little tichel lady has a ton of pretieds, but most I think don't come with velvet (although she literally just released some workout ones that do, so read the item descriptions carefully!). However, she also has an awesome selection of square scarves with velvet pre-sewn in, which may also fit what you're looking for! I haven't tried every pretied vendor out there, so those are the only ones I can really speak to. But I would welcome anyone else to sound off in the comments if they have other suggestions!

Could you do a video on how you store your scarves? Thankfully I’m getting quite a collection and it’s getting messy. Is it ok to hang them or should they be folded and stored in a container??

I can do a quick bit on scarf storage soon! I think hanging your scarves is a great idea, if you have the room for it. Hanging space in my home is at a premium - we have small closets and plaster walls that make hanging anything really difficult. I store my scarves more like Olivia at Tichel Darling, and she has a really great video on scarf storage that you should check out if you haven't seen it already!
