Girl I love the bangs (we call them fringes in Scotland) and I really thought for a second you were eating out of a plant pot! i really do feel you with being more intentional with food, I recently had a health issue arise that showed that I carry all my stress in the lower part of my stomach, and im trying to reverse it so I don't feel horrible and Pre-biotics have really helped so far.

I live in LA. I love to see where you go for recommendations!!! Dating here... The best thought I got that served me well was. "meet a guy through someone that knows him .. work ethic etc. After a narcissist I needed good solid therapy. I needed someone rock solid. Do you pros and cons list too. Anyway I did finally meet a great guy. Many can be good but one is right. He is also my best friend. It's tough out here coz I'm from Pennsylvania and love NYC...but moved here at 19...
