INGREDIENTS:
For Sponge:
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups or 250 grams of icing sugar
1 cup or 200 ml oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups or 250 grams of self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
For Icing:
2 cups or 260 grams icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
water as required
White food gel color
Sprinkles of your choice
