Not strange but he targeted Robert from the beginning. This is the most mistake from every contestant on Shark Tank usually they focused so much with Mark since he is the richest although Mark himself not interested with the business. The result are the other sharks lost interest because they don't get enough respond, Mark said out and the enterpreneur went home without a deal.

Robert usually gives out killer offers like 35%-50% of the company if he sense that the owner is desperate. But for this owner, Robert is worried that the guy might just agree to whatever % he puts up, then he’s really stuck with him. At the end of the presentation, when the guy drops all pretence and just shows that Robert is all he wants, Robert don’t even dare to talk in case the guy construes it as a form of encouragement.

This will be a successful business. It looks like this Chet guy knew exactly what he was doing and only went on the show for the free advertising/ marketing. He try to come off as inexperienced but he achieved his main purpose. Nobody is that dumb to keep going back to Robert like that when they know he's 100% out.

I agree. The Sharks hate not having skin in the game. 4% is not enough for even the smallest beak. This guy knew it. He even feigned reading notes on a card to annoy Mark. The guy had his schtick down 100% and needed to break contact to look at a card!?!?!? No way in hell.
