It’s a good recipe! It’s quick and easy to do on mass and tastes great. I don’t think anyone was ever claiming it was an authentic Mexican or Texan chilli recipe. I’d be interested to know what % fat mince he uses and would love to see the curry recipe:-)

@@cwatson42785 you don’t need oil there’s enough fat in the mince,you should of drain the fat out of the mince you didn’t no peppers beans wtf red wine there wasn’t any when that’s a kinda must when cooking any type of beef really helps the meat not even any beef stock in sight and the chef ladder labels I don’t like think that was it properly could find more if I watch it more than once

In the UK it's actually considered dirtier to wear gloves, just wash your hands regularly instead it's far more sanitary.
