@@avgsgn, no viper or GAW ballz yet. I did however get my Ti Black Maze buttons, but one of them is a bit detached, so I don't use them.

Its nice. But 400+ dollars is rediculous for a regrind. At this price you could get a custom blade made from timascus for the knife. Especially since its 220 grit, meaning pure machining, no handrub included.

I'm not well-versed and knowledgeable about the subject, but I thank you for sharing that insight with me. However, I am also aware that I am paying for his workmanship and skill, and that's something that you can't put a "market rate" on.

They made a clone with supposed real S90v and they improved that horrible pivot screw and integral titanium for $300 😬

I’d love to have my benchmade 940-2 reground to be a better slicer. It’s geometry sucks bad for cardboard.

Average Singaporean I have had sharpening done it’s razor sharp from ApostleP he did a good job but it’s geometry is the problem when cutting cardboard how thick it is and it’s shallow in hight so it’s a steep angle on the grind. I am actually selling it along with my smock to buy a hinderer eklipse harpoon tanto gen 3.

The most expensive piece of finely sharpened steel I own is a flagship ryumon katana. Paid a whopping 600€ for it. Paying 800 bucks for a linerlock folder (gorgeous as it is) honesty feels almost alien to me.

It's an integral, that's why it's so expensive. A liner lock is way cheaper than a normal frame lock... and an integral is a whole different ball game. That's why the price is so crazy expensive!

It’s actually not the first time a custom has been cloned. A while back a fellow chopped his Benchmade bugout, only to find the chopped version clones on Ali a few years later.

@@matthiascarroll1924just very interesting that I don’t know of any true integral nirvana clones other than the one the one copying this exact knife. The nirvana is one of spydercos most sought after knives and gets a ton of exposure whereas this video has been viewed 1100 times. It’s genuinely wild XD

@@willitroll9327 Honestly I just purchased the clone of this custom grind, they even include the spyderco logo whereas the legit is a regrind so the logo has been removed. There is a non-integral Nirvana clone for ~$90 with standard blade shape but it's not particularly intriguing to me.
