The PS1 was my first system, and Croc 2 was my first game for it, along with Gran Turismo. I technically played GT first, but Croc 2 was the game I sank endless hours into, since I didn't really have anyone to play GT with. Because of this, Croc 2, and Croc in general, will always share a special place in my heart, but I think we can agree that the games didn't age anywhere near as well as Spyro did, mainly due to how clunky the controls are, especially in the original. Croc 1 & 2 really NEED remakes to fix their flaws, and just imagine how massive, vibrant and beautiful the worlds could be, too! I just really hope they don't ruin the soundtrack. Both games had such good music, it's easily good enough to keep in a remake. Remastering it to sound cleaner or have better instrumentation would be fine, but completely changing the sound and feel of the music would be a huge no-no for me. >.

100% agree. The sounds of the Croc games have stuck in the back of my mind since. Definitely down for Croc 1&2 reborn. I just hope I get that same feeling I had as a kid playing these games again because gat damn was gaming magical back then. Still yet to play the Crash trilogy remake.

P.J.S. The Greatest Hit version gave every level its own song vs. the original ver that would reuse previous songs for other levels as well.

Idk, egg thieves ain't that bad after 17 years of replaying. But that is speaking for myself tho.Pretty sure they will spice things up like adding skill points to the first game or something like that, seeing how Crash added relics to the 1st game and running shoes to 2nd, not to mention replayable bonus levels in 1 and Coco as playable char.So the bad problem won't be such a bad I presume.

well other egg theives are ok but it's that speedway one that i despise cause he was the last egg i needed to say i completed the game but i never could catch him and i tried everything to catch him and failed everytime

diablo master of terror if you chase him long enough you will see the pattern he uses which he if you can time it well enough and get in the right place you can cut him off this is how I caught that guy and all of the other ones on the first attempt. 😂😂😂

yes! or sly cooper tbh- though they remastered that on ps3 i think- only ever played the first one on ps2 but it was really fun ..i think they should focus more on games that neeeed it though like spyro - crash bandicoot - stuff that's been left alone since ps1/ps2 days

I was thinking of an Xbox one but then my bother said the controllers are really big and it will be hard for me to play games with the controller because my hands are small and he also said that the controller on the PS4 is better for his hands ( even tho his hands are bigger that mine) so he can play games

No matter what naysayers think, it's never a bad idea to add new details to a remake of good old classics :)

the only difference Original Spyro doesn't have Free Flight Ability but if The Developers have the Creative Opportunities to do so Re-Mastered Spyro might have Free Flight Ability along side other Fans I've waited for Spyro to finally have Free Flight Ability then wondered if other Fans felt the same way so we can convince the developers they'd possible make exceptions for Spyro to keep Flying

Cody Merrell T4B have already said they won't be changing the core gameplay. Adding flying or swimming into the first game would literally Break everything.

Spyro already knows how to swim that's the one ability Legend and skylanders Spyro's doesn't have Swim ability were already aware he'll swim in Reignited Trilogy and just saying free flight could be one of the surprising Reward features
