I moved away from the blue and red ball into the single yellow dot, because I felt the shock from hitting the heavier balls was causing stress on my arm and hand. Especially when I hit inaccurately and made contact with the edge of the racket. Hitting the lighter yellow dot ball is easier on the hand, even if it does not always stay warm enough.

Do you have any tips on how to train myself to watch my opponent? Whenever I start playing a good opponent, I often forget to pay attention to watch (carefully enough) because I’m too concentrated to perform under pressure

Very Nice video, I consistently make the mistake of not moving as soon as I hit the ball and not watching my opponent when they are about to hit the ball, both mistakes put you in a lot of pressure. Just one comment,nowadays professional players use the one dot white ball which is more bouncy than the two dots. I happened to catch a ball when a pro match was over and for my surprise the ball was one dot. Cheers
