WOW. That Shorbagy - Ghosal match was incredible. When Ghosal is "inspired" he's so fun to watch. Shame it ended that way, but it was the right call.

Wow that is by far the best game of squash I have seen in a long time, props to both players.

What a staggering standard of brilliant squash by all players. Despite some of the criticism, I like the way the camera angle gives a more realistic length of court.

I know elshorbagy is a controversial figure, but all those calls were bang on, the stroke was in the swing range, and you can't ask for a let when there is a such a clear avenue to the ball. Ghosal played like a champion, but he wasn't robbed.

I have to add to all the comments...the Saurav Ghosal vs Shorbagy match was such a treat!! Fast-paced, accurate, lovely lobs, deceptions... you name it. Ghosal played his heart out. Sad to see the way it ended. I thought a Let call was probably the better decision as Shorbagy's drop wasn't a winner and didn't go in the nick. Also, he was standing in Ghosal's way and there was clear obstruction to Ghosal's movement towards the ball. However, Ghosal could have gone around & reached it knowing his speed on court...so...tough one. Maybe a camera angle from top would've made it clearer. Squash TV...please put this match up as a Free Game Friday!

In order to understand last point of elshorbagy,you need to know the rules. The ball was at least 4 to 5 feet in front enough space for ghosal to go for it.so simply no let.but this guy is playing Unbelievable good squash. He made shorbagy looks funny at times and last game was wowww

I'm sure it's partly the TOTALLY INSANE angle but this is the most head-spinning squash I've ever seen. Both matches. Real 22nd-century robot squash. I was rooting for Ghosal, he played so well, and to come back from behind as he did! But we all know better by now than to bet against El Shorbagy's nerves.

Ghosal is almost a winner. I did not expect he would fight against Mo that way.

Absolutely thrilled to watch it. Saurabh hats off to u. First after Ramy to push Elshorbagy to limits. A great match, didn't deserve such an end.

That last point was a let for Ghosal. Shorbagy was in the way and Ghosal couldn't even start to get to the ball. It looks like he was far away but that is only because Shorbagy cut his path off at the start, not even allowing him to get near the ball. With the kind of squash they were playing, Ghosal would have gotten the ball. And especially seeing that it was match ball, I think it was extremely unfair to give it as a no let. It was clearly not a stroke but that's what a let is for. You can't award the match to someone on an ambiguity. Shorbagy would still have had match ball. Disappointed in the way the match ended. And you know, Ghosal's reaction and the crowd's gasp really says it all.

Well played Ghosal, awful refereeing. And the commentators saying: ”He should go around Shorbagy” is laughable. No he should not, Shorbagy has to give clear path to the ball which he obviously didnt. Obvious let, close to stroke especially cause the ball bounces towards the middle of the court.

That call is pure BS
