Ali and Diego are my two favourite players. So unfortunate that they had to face each other in the quaters.

Elias is by far my favourite player to watch on court. So calm and nonchalant with every strike of the ball.

Diego and Ali both have such elegant playing style. Pity to have them matched against eachother. Then again, I feel that about a lot of matches X)

Big Farag fan here but this is Mohammed's tournament to lose, the man is a force of nature this week.

It's good to watch Ali Farag winning these games (Farag fan here). But so far, none of the players are promising enough to beat Mohamed Elshorbagy in this tournament. His strategy around his fitness and leanness is paying so well off. Mohamed has trained himself well for his age, working things well towards his advantage.

Great lengths from Momen here - a critical part of his game against someone like Marwan expert at capitalizing on the slightest loose shot. Momen's defensive length at 3:42 is a good example: many opponents would have got that back, but only a weak return that Marwan would put away. Momen is focused enough to get it to the back corner. Farag's style is interesting - doesn't hit the ball that hard, just merciless in almost every shot being winning quality. A sequence like 11:54 is demoralizing for opponents - even when Elias manages to get them back he knows another killer is coming. Not to mention those crazy Farag lobs.
