I made this for my grandparents once and now they ask me to make it for them all the time (I live with them). I’ll come home from work or school and my grandma will go “I went grocery shopping today and bought some squashes” hinting to me that she would like me to make if for dinner lol. Because of you we now have a cute little dinner tradition. ❤️

When this video first came out and after watching it a few times I decided I just had to make it! I'd just gotten married too so it felt like a special dinner to make. :) My partner and I just celebrated our fifth anniversary together and here I am again looking for this recipe to make since Autumn is around the corner. there are SO many things you can make with spaghetti squash - you could even mix it with steamed shredded carrots, walnuts, and use maple syrup and cinnamon(+others like cloves and ginger) for a sweet autumn/winter dinner :D Great video :)

Thank you for posting this. I'm a vegan and never learned how to make this before. You made it so easy that I did it this afternoon for lunch. I used beyond meat beefy crumbles instead of non-vegan meat. Everything tasted great.

To everyone complaining about meat, y'all need to realize it's not realistic to expect everyone to be vegan just because you are. I hope it's possible that more people will decide to become vegan but I realize it's not gonna happen overnight. If you go around leaving rude comments that's not helping anyone. Just my thoughts. сейчас буду душу изливать. мне на самом очень стыдно под каждым видео просить снять видео для нас. такое ощущение навязанности появляется. и я понимаю почему вы не снимаете, потому что под каждым видео на русском какие-то недалекие люди пишут свои мерзкие комментарии, дают какие-то дурацкие советы, критикуют. ваш асмр это наркотик, который раньше давали бесплатно, а сейчас ломка. все видео просмотрены до дыр, мне кажется что под каждым видео по 1000 только моих просмотров. так обидно что единственный человек на ютубе, который делает качественное асмр, от которого мурашит с первых секунд, не делает его для нас. Мария, вам нет равных здесь, и это правда. никто еще никогда не смог довести меня до мурашек одной улыбкой.... мне без вас очень плохо, я скучаю! МЫ скучаем... 😭💕

Maria - apart from being relaxing you inspired me to make this dish! I changed it up a bit by adding some red kidney beans, corn, creamed corn, a little brown sugar, some Worcestershire sauce and brown rice! Turned out great! Thank you!

ASMR aside, I just made this and it was AMAZING! If you decide to make it just be sure your meat/mushroom/tomato mixture has almost no liquid because it will make your squash bowl more liquid-y. I also put a small layer of cheese before I added the meat then topped it with more cheese. Yummy.

I went to see my mother yesterday and made this for us for dinner. I used fresh Roma tomatoes and added garlic, oregano, and black pepper along with the fresh basil. We both loved it, and it's definitely a recipe I'm stashing for days when I need an easy dinner. Thanks, Maria!

I made a no-salt version of this for lunch today. Used lots of herbs, Mrs. Dash, lemon pepper, plus fresh salsa on top. This is so delicious. Lots of leftovers. One giant squash fed 3 hungry people. Thanks, Maria!!

I like that you use your hands when cooking. I often use my hands when cooking and feel like I will be judged if somebody watches me lol. Hands are the best tools as long as theyre clean, I don't see what the problem is.
