SQUID FISHING AT RAPID BAY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA 🦑 & attempting solo camp at Goolwa Beach

This week I am back in the Fleurieu Peninsula (sorry guys still wrapping my head around how to pronounce this one ~ I’ll get there eventually).
Checking out some of the beautiful coastline including Rapid Bay, Morgans Beach and heading all the way over to Goolwa Beach for some beach 4x4!
AND I try my luck with Squid fishing!

Awesome content, beautifully shot and stunning locations. I love how you break things up and make it more than just a tour guide style video but incorporate camping, 4wding, fishing and even cooking 😊🤣 You're an inspiration to anyone thinking about travelling solo around this beautiful country. That 4wd track at blowhole is a breeze, the first part is literally rocks to get in (about the length of a car ) and the rest is dirt road, no recovery gear needed... you can literally do it in a 2wd.. if it wasnt for the rocks at the start ( Which is the access point) give it a go , youll do it no probs, then it goes down to a car park, and from there you can walk down to the beach ❤

Another great video. Thanks for sharing. There is nothing better than cooking something you harvested and being outdoors to enjoy it. How did it taste? I never have squid.

for your dive course, get in touch with Eckart from salt sessions free diving. cant recommend their Kilsby sinkhole free diving retreat for learning free diving in a one of kind sinkhole, sneak in some spearfishing over the 4 days. he also runs a few other spearfishing retreats, one of which is in the Whitsundays which looks unreal.

Thanks for the tip! I’m already a certified diver but always up to do more dives especially as I travel ! Kilsby sink hole is top of my list whilst in SA too!
