Season 2 was confirmed by the director back in November. I'm guessing they'll use flashbacks to show us more background on previous characters who have died.

I feel like Sae-Byeok should come back because the P.A. never said Player 67 eliminated. There is also no evidence that the coffin they burned at the end of ep 8 belongs to Sae-Byeok

It has been confirmed that Squid Game season 2 will be coming we just don't know when and if any of the old characters return that are dead (besides Gi Hun) I think that the best way to put them in is through flashbacks or ghosts of them I would like to see them like that becouse I don't think that it would make sense for them to return back alive

@@Desi-et2wk - Yes, I agree that was the worst betrayal. They shoot one of that staff at one point as they say the game must be fair. He had lost fair and square but then convinced him to totally trust him which is a total betrayal.
