Hi Francis and Sarita, I enjoy watching your videos and get nice cooking tips and ideas. This video also is very good. Sarita explains very well how to clean and the cut the squid. Your recipe of spices you used are great. I’m sure they taste delicious. Just a suggestion You can get lots of good tips on how to make tender fried squid on you tube. Also when you cut the squid into rings like you have and fry, they are called calamari. God Bless You Both!!! Keep you lively videos coming.

Squids should never be cooked for long or else it turns chewy and it keeps rolling in the mouth. Squid s should be soft to eat, very little time you have to keep it on the gas. A tip for you
